Antioxidants.

Upgraded.

5 whole foods. 1 daily scoop.
No pills. No waste.

A Better Way

Antioxidants aren’t the problem. Getting enough — that’s the problem.

But fresh produce is expensive, and from the moment you buy it you're in a race to eat it before it spoils. And supplements? Lab-made pills aren't food.

While traveling in 2020 we were introduced to coffee fruit: a tiny berry, freeze-dried and shelf-stable, with up to 70x the antioxidant power of blueberries.

That got us thinking...

What if there was an all-natural, whole-food powder made from the most antioxidant-rich foods — not just here, but anywhere — we could easily make part of our daily routine?

There wasn't. So we created it.
That's Whole5.

Five Simple Ingredients

Açaí (Amazon Rainforest) Most Americans think they've had açaí. What they've likely had is a spray-dried, sweetened approximation that retains little of the original nutrient profile. The real thing — freeze-dried without additives, like the açaí in Whole5 — far outpaces the familiar blueberry in anthocyanins, polyphenols, and healthy fats, with a fraction of the sugar.

Coffee Berry (Coffee Producing Regions) Also known as coffee fruit or coffee cherry, this tiny berry is typically discarded as waste during coffee bean harvesting, yet it ranks among the highest antioxidant foods anywhere — with up to 70x the antioxidants of blueberries. Rich in chlorogenic acids, polyphenols, and procyanidins, it may be the single most overlooked superfood.

Ceylon Cinnamon (Sri Lanka & Madagascar) Most cinnamon is cassia — an inexpensive, common variety found in nearly every kitchen pantry. Ceylon, on the other hand, is one of the most antioxidant-dense spices in the world — packed with polyphenols, flavonoids, and phenolic acids. In ancient Rome, this rare spice was at times worth more than gold.

Acerola Cherry (Central America & Caribbean) Delivering up to 4,500mg of vitamin C per 100g — nearly 90x that of an orange — the acerola is one of the most potent sources of whole-food vitamin C found anywhere. Acerola is also rich in bioflavonoids, carotenoids, and polyphenols, which no pill-based supplement can replicate, yet many Americans have never even heard of it.

Raw Cacao (Amazon Basin) Raw cacao — the unprocessed source of the cocoa most of us know — is one of the most underappreciated antioxidant superfoods anywhere. Packed with flavanols, procyanidins, and polyphenols, it ranks among the most antioxidant-dense whole foods ever studied, delivering 40-50x the antioxidants of spinach or kale, and nearly 80x that of brewed green tea.

Community Testimonials

“I’ve been adding Whole5 to my morning smoothies or yogurt for 2 years now. Since making it part of my daily routine, I find that I eat less, sleep better, and I haven’t been sick a single time. I highly recommend it.”

Nik F.

Tastes good and blends easily with my morning protein shake. I’ve noticed my skin looks better, I feel better overall, and I rarely get sick anymore. My body just seems to run better when I’m consistent with it.

Alex G.

I’ve been adding Whole5 to my yogurt for over a year. One of the biggest differences I’ve noticed is with my vision. When my routine changed and I took a break from Whole5 over the winter, I could tell something was missing. But after starting back up again, the improvement returned.

Denise D.

As a holistic nutritionist, I love Whole5 because it’s 100% natural with no filler ingredients. It’s packed with antioxidants and is great for supporting the immune system.

I recently started taking Whole5, so I can’t speak to results or feeling different yet, but I absolutely love the concept. It’s refreshing to read a product label with ingredients I can pronounce and understand (or research!). It’s like RXBAR, but for antioxidants!

Commonly Asked Questions

We used to assume the same thing. But fresh isn’t always as “fresh” as it sounds. The moment produce is harvested, it begins losing nutrients — time, heat, and air work against it every step of the way. By the time it reaches your grocery store shelf, much of the nutritional value may already be gone.

Whole5 uses freeze-dried whole foods, which helps preserve key nutrients — without relying on preservatives, fillers, or artificial flavors.

Most greens powders rely on extracts, isolates, and synthetic vitamins blended into a proprietary formula. Whole5 is five whole foods — freeze-dried and all-natural — with nothing added and nothing removed. The two aren't really comparable. That each happens to be a powder is where the similarity ends.

Whole5 is made from real whole foods, so it mixes differently than a typical instant powder. And it should. That's the point. Because the natural fiber and natural co-factors are still intact, Whole5 won't dissolve completely in plain water like a stripped-down supplement powder. It blends best into thicker foods and drinks — smoothies, yogurt, oats, or protein shakes. The thicker the mix, the better the result.

Whole5 contains only five whole-food ingredients and nothing else. It does not contain any of the major food allergens. That said, if you have food allergies or sensitivities, we recommend reviewing the ingredient list carefully before using.

Whole5 is made from five whole foods and nothing else, but we always recommend consulting your healthcare provider before introducing any new food during pregnancy, nursing, or for children.

Four of our five ingredients are sourced from certified organic farms. The exception is coffee fruit — and for a specific reason. Coffee fruit is so rarely consumed as a food that certified organic sourcing is not widely available. It is on our roadmap, and we are actively working to get there. In the meantime, every ingredient in Whole5 is non-GMO and tested for purity and quality.

While the five ingredients found in Whole5 are sourced from around the globe, Whole5 is proudly manufactured in Northwest Arkansas.

Honestly, it varies from person to person. Some people notice the warmth of the Ceylon cinnamon. Others pick up the tartness of the acerola cherry. The açaí, cacao, and coffee fruit add an earthy, natural depth. It’s not overly sweet — and that’s intentional. Whole5 is real food, not an artificially-flavored supplement.

The stated serving size is one tablespoon, but we recommend easing into it. Whole5 is made from nutrient-dense whole-food ingredients, so start with about one teaspoon and see how it feels for you. After a couple of days, add a little more and gradually work up to the full serving. Some people choose to use more than one tablespoon per day — but we suggest starting small and building from there.
